1. Go to the Customers tab and search for the billing customer, and then, click on edit.



After going into the Billing customer, you are directed to the customer page as shown in the image.

At the bottom left, you’ll find the “Job Ticket(s)” option (shown in the red box)


 

 

After scrolling down, you can find all the Job Ticket(s) for the billing customer.

 

 

 

Here you can find the basic information related to a ticket like Technicians, Job type associated, Description of the ticket, work code, customer name, and the duration of the ticket.

 

You can also filter these jobs with the ‘Job Status’ (All, open & Complete), by ‘Technician name’ and ‘Scheduled date’ as shown in the image below.
