After clicking the Billing customer, you are directed to the customer page as shown in the image below.


At the bottom left, you’ll find the “Overview” option (highlighted in the red box)




The overview tab shows you the historical view of the billing customer. It contains Tickets, Estimates, and Invoices created for all the service locations which are associated with this particular billing customer. It is sorted by the creation date, most recent to older ones. The creation date of each is shown in the top right corner of each card.


Moreover, there are two filters that allow you to sort the data results - "Activity" - choose the tickets/estimates/invoices or "Created By" - select the user who created the ticket/estimate/invoice. You can apply both the filters together to check the exact history if needed.
