It only takes a few minutes to set up the SmartServ app on your iOS device. Please open a browser (Safari/Google Chrome) to open the url and follow the steps below to get the app installed.
For the App Link, contact the SmartServ Support to get the latest link.
Step 1: Open Link
On this page, please click on "Install application"
Step 2: Install Application
This will prompt the following pop up. Click on “Install”.
Step 3: Finish Loading
Tap on the iPad home button to see the application download. Once it has been installed, you will notice that you will receive the following prompt when trying to open the application.
Step 4: “Trust” us
Go to the iPad’s “Settings” --> “General” --> “Profiles & Device Management”:
Now, select “Digital Manufacturing Inc”.
Next Tap on “Trust Digital Manufacturing Inc”. and confirm by clicking on “Trust” on the pop up that follows:
Step 5: Done!
That was it! Now, you can log in with the credentials
You should be all ready to log in to SmartServ!
